Delivery and Return Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at PhoneHive Kenya. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery and Return Policy.


Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped from Monday to Saturday.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that shipping costs are subject to change. Updated rates will always be displayed at checkout. Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unavoidable circumstances, and we will notify you if such cases arise.


Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
PhoneHive Kenya only ships to addresses within Kenya. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes but instead to specific agreed-upon locations, such as apartments or house numbers.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation immediately after placing an order and a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes
PhoneHive Kenya is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.


Damages
PhoneHive Kenya is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

Keep all packaging materials and the damaged goods before filing a claim.


Returns Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective product, please contact us at info@phonehive.co.ke with details of the product and the defect.

You may return defective items by visiting our warehouse or contacting us for further instructions. Upon receipt, we will inspect the product and notify you within a reasonable timeframe whether you qualify for a refund or replacement. If eligible, we will either replace the product or issue a refund using the original payment method.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items. If you believe the product is defective, please contact us or visit our warehouse with the product and defect details.

Upon receipt and inspection, we will notify you if you qualify for a replacement. If eligible, we will ship a replacement product to you.


Refunds and Return Shipping

Refunds do not include shipping and handling charges shown on your invoice. Return shipping charges must be prepaid and insured by the customer. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping, and we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any refund issued will exclude the original shipping cost.
