  • Shipping Locations: We only ship within Kenya to agreed-upon delivery points such as residential addresses, offices, or pickup locations.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays).
  • Shipping Charges: Delivery fees are displayed at checkout and are subject to change.
  • Delivery Delays: PhoneHive is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as courier issues or weather conditions.

6. Return and Refund Policy

  • Returns: Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
  • Return Procedure: Customers must contact us at phonehivekenya@gmail.com or visit our warehouse with the defective product and proof of purchase.
  • Refunds: If eligible, refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: Defective products may be exchanged if the same product is available in stock.
